Benefits Open Enrollment for plan year 2026 is open and runs through Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025. During this time, benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system.

A new Credit Hour policy has been approved by the Provost and Faculty Senate and posted on our website for use by the Pacific University community. The policy codifies the definition of “credit hour” and is based on the historic Carnegie Unit and the Northwest Commission on College and Universities Credit Hour Policy.
All May 2026 degree candidates must submit an Application for Graduation through BoxerOnline Self Service by January 15, 20026 in order to have a degree or certificate conferred.

The five non-divisional restructuring committees are seeking final feedback on what was presented at yesterday's Town Hall meetings. Committees shared their ideas and data collected thus as they prepare to submit their proposals to the President's Council in early December. Feedback is requested by the end of business on Wednesday, November 12.
