REMINDER: Do not use your Nonstop Visa Card for 2025 expenses after January 1

You may use your Nonstop Visa card to pay for services received within the current plan year, only, which for your organization runs from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2025. Once the new plan year begins on Jan. 1, 2026, use your card to pay for 2026 charges. After Jan. 1, 2026, do not use your card to pay for 2025 charges. Instead, submit a claim for any outstanding 2025 reimbursement requests or provider payments by March 31, 2026.

If it helps, think of this in terms of buckets of money. You have a 2025 bucket and a 2026 bucket. The funds do not rollover. If you receive a bill on Jan. 21, 2026 from a doctor’s visit you had on Dec. 28, 2025, you must submit a claim. Don't use your Nonstop Visa card, since that would be using money from the 2026 bucket to pay for a service received in 2025.
