Join Coordinator Jill Moffitt for a virtual training on Friday, August 21, 2026 from 12:00 – 1:00pm, designed to help you navigate the updates and understand your rights and responsibilities.

Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR), a national recognized suicide prevention training.  This training is being offered via collaboration between the Student Counseling Center and Dean Jaye Cee Whitehead. This empirically-validated training will equip you to recognize the warning signs, clues, and suicidal communication of people at risk as well as gain the skills to act and help save a life.

QPR training also includes important information about resources at Pacific as well as education about making referrals and navigating boundaries while supporting someone in distress.

Please be aware of upcoming temporary closures for Parking Lot G (between Walter & McCormick Halls) and Parking Lot D (between Price Hall & Tennis Courts) to accommodate student move-in for the Fall semester 8/10, 8/18, and 8/28
