Accounts Payable Holiday Check Run Schedule

Following is the schedule for check/reimbursement requests and invoice submissions due to upcoming holidays.  Please review, mark your calendars and share with your area.

• November 24th, 2026: Due to Thanksgiving Break, checks will be issued on Tuesday, November 24th. The last day to submit payments for this check run will be Wednesday, November 18th by 5:00pm.
• December 17th, 2026: Last check run of 2026. Payments must be submitted by Friday, December 11th at 5:00pm
• January 7th, 2027: First check run of 2027. All payments submitted between December 11th after 5:00pm and January 1st before 5:00pm will begin to be processed upon the return from Holiday Break. Please allow up to two weeks for any payments submitted during this time to be paid.
