Sign up for Direct Deposit!
Refunds start to go out the first week of classes if your student account has been overpaid by loans, payments, scholarship etc. (If there is a negative number left on your student account after your aid, that means you will most likely get a refund)
If you have direct deposit set up, the funds will automatically go to the account you entered, if you do not, then a physical check will be printed and either needs to be picked up or mailed. If you do not sign up for direct deposit by their first week of class, your refund may be delayed due to the physical check printing process.
We highly recommend all student sign up for direct deposit so they can get their funds as soon as they are available!

- Navigate to BoxerOnline and sign in: https://boxeronline.pacificu.edu/
- Select 'Banking Information'
- Select '+ Add an Account' to add new direct deposit information
Done! It will remain unverified until our bank can process the new information. There is nothing else you need to do. Please allow up to 10 business days for the account to verify.
