Looking for a summer job that keeps you on campus and includes free housing? The Conferences & Events team is now hiring Summer Operations Assistants for Summer 2025. We’re hiring early to help students plan ahead and secure on-campus summer employment.

Summer Operations Assistants support the day-to-day operations of campus camps, conferences, and events, assisting with guest services, facilities support, and general operations throughout the summer.

• Paid, Full-time summer employment (40 hours/week)

Important details:

• Employment period: May 18 – August 3, 2025

• Mandatory training in late April / early May
