What Does Excellence Mean To You?
First, you are excellent. That truth must guide everything we do.
The Staff Excellence Committee seeks to create a culture that empowers, advances, and supports everyone's ability to thrive as staff at Pacific University—because of who we are. (Please note that empower, thrive, and advance are the three categories of our Strategic Plan and we felt it was important to connect this work with the university's guiding document through 2030.)
Second, we know that each person brings excellence to our institution. Sometimes, environments don’t allow those strengths to shine. But here at Pacific, we want to build systems and practices that let everyone’s brilliance shine. Just as others before us created paths to education and opportunity, we continue that work by making space for growth, creativity, and character.
Your voice is important. We want to hear your ideas about what excellence looks like at Pacific. Many opportunities to engage with us have already occurred, but there is still an opportunity to fill out the 10-question survey by June 30 if you haven't done so already. We want to hear from you!
Survey to Share Your Thoughts by June 30
Please tell us what you need to be an excellent staff member at Pacific by completing this 10-question survey by June 30. Your anonymous input will help us shape a supportive and empowering environment for all.
