Whether it's your first time attending or part of your annual tradition, the Island Eyes Conference offers a dynamic and enriching experience year after year. Renowned educators share practical clinical pearls and the latest updates across a variety of topics, all within our signature half-day schedule, leaving you plenty of time to relax and enjoy everything Maui has to offer.

Drawing optometrists from across the U.S. and Canada, Island Eyes continues to be one of our favorite annual events, offering up to 30 COPE-accredited hours in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.

Please Note: Unlike previous years, there will not be a Thursday break. Continuing education will be held each morning, Monday through Friday.

Lodging

We have secured a room block at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa for conference attendees.

The remaining rooms within our group block currently begin at $559 per night, plus applicable taxes, the nightly resort fee, and any additional hotel charges.

Once you register for the conference, the hotel booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend registering and booking early while rooms remain available.

Hyatt Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $49 (subject to change) will be added to each guest room reservation. The resort fee includes a variety of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Please contact the Hyatt Regency Maui directly for the most up to date list of included amenities.

Please note that the Hyatt Regency Maui is a cash-free property and accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other approved contactless forms of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a refund of the two-night deposit.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will forfeit the two-night deposit.

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

Conference registration refunds are subject to a $40 processing fee.

Written cancellation requests must be received at least one week before the conference.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received within one week of the conference start date.
