Unfiltered Insight: A Student Experience Briefing for Employers (Partner with Pacific | Spring 2026)
Please join Pacific University for our bi-annual professional development series for community partners and local employers. Hosted by the McCall Center for Civic Engagement and Academic and Career Advising, this free series helps employers prepare to welcome the Gen Z workforce and maximize their 21st century skillset. The Spring 2026 theme is “Unfiltered Insight: A Student Experience Briefing for Employers” and the session will feature a panel of current undergraduate students and recent alumni.
Students will reflect on their workforce experiences (practicums, internships, volunteer roles, etc.), giving you concrete take-aways to inform your recruitment and supervision strategies and to understand how this generation views the work world, what they want in a supervisor, and how they prioritize opportunities.
Partner with Pacific will take place on Pacific’s Forest Grove campus on the morning of February 10, directly before our Spring Work & Service Fair. Fair attendees are encouraged to attend, however it is open to all interested community partners and local employers, whether you are hosting a table at the Fair or not.
An RSVP is not required but is strongly recommended to ensure a sufficient catering order (we will have coffee, tea, and breakfast pastries). We hope you can join us and welcome you to bring interested guests!
