Wise Mind: Building Emotional Resiliency is a three-session skill-based workshop series that is designed to help you make a change in your life by learning mindfulness techniques and distress tolerance skills to cope with difficult emotions and thoughts. Our hope is that these three sessions can provide you with a springboard from which to integrate skills into your daily life to build emotional resiliency.

All are students welcome. Offered online 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 4, 11 and 18; plan to attend all three sessions.
