Trip Cancelation & Refunds
- Day trips are refundable (except for $5 deposit) up to 5 days prior to the trip.
- Multi-Day trips and "Series" trips are refundable (except for $25 deposit) up to 15 days prior to the trip.
- Spring Break trips are refundable (except for $50 deposit) up to 15 days prior to the trip.
- Any trips canceled by OP will issue full refunds to registered participants.

Please sign up for weekend trips by the Wednesday afternoon before the trip so we have time to get you the information and gear you need. On-campus events and evening Indoor Climbing trips are excluded.
