The five non-divisional restructuring committees are seeking final feedback on what was presented at yesterday's Town Hall meetings. Committees shared their ideas and data collected thus as they prepare to submit their proposals to the President's Council in early December. Feedback is requested by the end of business on Wednesday, November 12.

The current version adds key goals and tactics to the established themes and objectives. Feedback from this version, along with recommendations from our seven reorganization committees, will be incorporated over the coming weeks before the plan is shared with the Board of Trustees in December.
