Welcome! Our preceptors are what make us great and we are so proud of the work they do. Our preceptors are teachers, mentors, and trusted partners in the learning experience who help students develop into pharmacy practitioners who are innovative, caring, compassionate, and patient centered. As a group of educators our preceptors are the educational touch point for 40% of our curriculum. Thank you for your commitment to teaching the next generation of pharmacists!

The overarching goal of experiential education is to help students become active participants in the pharmaceutical care process. We look for preceptors that can help us achieve this goal. Students, under the supervision of a preceptor, learn how to integrate their knowledge of pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pathophysiology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapy when developing individual patient care plans.

Please check out our pages below if you are a current preceptor looking for resources or are someone interested in becoming a preceptor for our program!
