The newest member of Pacific University's Board of Trustees stands in the footsteps of her great-great-great-great grandmother, Pacific co-founder Tabitha Brown.

The recent Pacific University Alumni Association Board meeting, presided over by new president Rhony Bhopla MFA '22, focused on a new initiative to address student food insecurity and planning for Homecoming 2025. The board also celebrated its newly elected executive committee and reviewed committee-specific projects.

The Boxer Spirit was alive and well as Pacific alumnus and first-year head coach at Utah Valley University, Nate Rasmussen '12, led the Wolverines to the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.

For Madison Stevens ’26, a theatre major and future educator, a gift from a donor provided her with the financial support she needed to register for her next semester of classes.
