We are thrilled to welcome you to our vibrant community as the newest members of Boxer Nation! New Student Orientation (NSO) is designed to help you transition smoothly into university life and feel right at home at Pacific.
Orientation is required for all new and transfer undergraduate students and includes a wide range of activities—from welcomes by campus leaders and academic overviews to small-group sessions with Orientation Leaders and opportunities to make connections with classmates. Please review the schedule below and take note of important dates and events.

Applications to join the student Orientation team are now open to current students! We know the semester hasn’t even ended yet, but we are already deep into planning for our Undergraduate Fall 2026 Orientation. This year promises to be even more exciting than last year!
On behalf of the Orientation team, we want to encourage you to apply to be involved in welcoming Pacific’s new students. This year we are seeking a Mentor Orientation Program Ambassador (MOPA), Orientation Program Ambassadors (OPAs) and Orientation Leaders.
Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to apply for any positions. All positions are paid and you don't need work-study to qualify. You are welcome to apply for any and all that you are interested in!
Applications are due April 3. Interviews begin April 7 and run through April 17.
