Speech-Language Pathology Services

The Pacific Psychology & Comprehensive Health Clinics provide speech and language services for individuals with communication disorders. Graduate student clinicians from the Pacific University School of Communication Sciences and Disorders provide diagnostic evaluations and individual therapy to adolescents and adults under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist who holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and Oregon licensure.

Diagnostic and Therapy Services | We offer comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and therapy services for the following speech and language disorders:

  • ALS
  • Apraxia
  • Aphasia (difficulty with language, understanding, or expression)
  • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
  • Cognitive impairments (memory, thinking, planning)
  • Dysarthria
  • Head and Neck Cancer
  • Swallowing problems (dysphagia)
  • Stuttering or Cluttering
  • Traumatic brain injury/Concussion
  • Transition to work (vocational rehabilitation) or return to school following an injury
  • Voice and Resonance Disorders
