Student Affairs Front Desk

The Student Affairs Front Desk is located just inside the main entrance of Clark Hall on the Forest Grove Campus. We provide information for visitors, as well as a variety of services for students, faculty, and staff.

The Front Desk is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Feel free to stop by or contact us during our office hours for any questions.

Parking Permits

Parking permits are available at the Student Affairs Front Desk. To request a new parking permit, replace a lost parking permit, renew an active parking permit, or just update your information (e.g. purchased a new car, permanent license plates arrived, moved to a new address, etc.), please fill out the Online Parking Registration Form. New permits and renewal stickers will be mailed to student UC Boxes (undergraduate students)/program UC Boxes (graduate students)/department UC Boxes (faculty and staff) upon completion. There is a $50 fee for new parking permits, permit renewals, and replacement parking permits. Students are only allowed to have one active parking permit at a time. Faculty and staff may have up to two active parking permits. Parking permits are valid for the calendar year that is listed on its validation sticker. For example, a permit with a "Valid 2022" sticker is valid until the end of the 2022 calendar year, and should be renewed by the start of the 2023 calendar year. A permit with a "Valid 2023" sticker is valid for both the remainder of the 2022 calendar year and the entire 2023 calendar year.

Pacific University students, faculty, or staff members looking for individuals or large groups to access parking in university parking lots without a permanent parking permit for a limited period of time may fill out the Temporary Parking Pass Request Form. Requests are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Guests from outside the university looking to secure temporary parking on-campus will need to have a Pacific-affiliated host submit a request on their behalf. Temporary parking pass requests should be placed at least one week prior to the date(s) for which they have been requested, and will be sent to the requestor electronically once approved.
