The Student Affairs Central Office is located just inside the main entrance of Clark Hall on the Forest Grove Campus. We provide information for visitors, as well as a variety of services for students, faculty, and staff.
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm unless otherwise posted. Feel free to stop by or contact us during our office hours with any questions.

Residence Hall Poster Policy
University Departments and registered student organizations in good standing are permitted to submit posters/flyers for display in the residence halls, provided that they receive approval from Residence Life or Student Affairs staff and abide by the Poster Policy in the Residence Hall Handbook. Posters will only be hung by hall staff, and only in approved areas; individuals outside of Residence Life, Hall Government and RHA may not post any items in or on the exterior of the buildings.
To be approved, a poster must contain the following required elements:
- The name of the sponsoring club or university organization
- A description of the event/activity/initiative/service/course
- The date/time/location of the event, if applicable
- A contact email address of a host person/university organization
- A blank/lightly colored 1”x3” space on the poster for an approval stamp if the poster has a dark/black background
For a poster to be considered, please fill out the Student and Organization Poster Request Form. Upon review, a staff member will reach out to provide further instructions on how to proceed with poster distribution.
Shute Park (SHARC) Membership Request for Hillsboro-Based Students
Pacific University partners with the City of Hillsboro to offer student memberships to the Shute Park Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC), supporting student health and well-being. There are no out-of-pocket costs for students; the memberships are covered by the recreation fee.
Eligibility:
- Students enrolled in programs based on the Hillsboro Campus
- Graduate/professional students who live in Hillsboro (must have a Hillsboro address on file in myAccount)
To get started, request a voucher by filling out this Google Form or contact the Student Affairs Central Office in Clark Hall at studentlife@pacificu.edu or 503-352-2200.
Once you receive your voucher from the Student Affairs Central Office:
- Bring your voucher and Boxer ID to SHARC to activate your membership.
- Memberships are valid for six months.
- For renewals, no voucher is needed, just show your Boxer ID.
Please only request a membership if you plan to use the SHARC facility, as Pacific pays per student for this benefit.
Additionally, all Pacific University students have access to the Stoller Center on the Forest Grove Campus. Stoller offers a fully equipped weight and fitness center with free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Amenities also include racquetball courts, saunas, and more. Simply present your valid Boxer ID to use the facility.
For Faculty and Staff employees, SHARC offers a 6 month membership at a discounted rate. More information at pacificu.edu/hr.
