May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month is observed in May each year. It's an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote understanding and support for those who may be struggling with mental health challenges. It's a time for advocacy, education, and community support initiatives aimed at improving mental health and well-being for everyone.

The Counseling Center and Human Resources Department have partnered to highlight some important and helpful services available to Pacific faculty members, staff and students. There are so many ways to approach this, from providing information about mental health conditions and treatment options to offering tips for self-care and stress management.
