New Single-Session Format!
The Mindful Coping Workshop aims to increase awareness of our mind and body, gain understanding of our experiences, and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the session to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress.
In-Person: September 27 @ Tran Library, 4-5:30PM
Via Zoom: October 25th and November 29th, 5-6:30PM
