Progressive Muscle Relaxation Guide
Are you feeling stressed out and tense? Overwhelmed with mid-terms, coronavirus restrictions, and the upcoming elections? The Student Counseling Center is here to guide you through an exercise that helps your body, and therefore your mind, to experience relaxation. Our Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) video tutorial teaches you to slowly and progressively tense and then relax your muscles, one group at a time. When relaxing each muscle group, you will allow tension to flow away from you. This instructional video is a guide that you can go through in any order you choose or omit steps in areas where you may have pain or discomfort. And you can return again and again!
