Benefits Open Enrollment for plan year 2025 will begin on Friday, Nov. 1, and end on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024. During this time, benefit-eligible employees will be able to make desired changes to their current benefits within the Paycom HRIS system.
To participate in this year's Halloween costume contest, individuals and groups are required to submit a participation form no later than 9 a.m., Monday, Oct. 28. You're invited to the annual Halloween Costume Contest and Halloween Reception on Thurs., October 31. Employees are invited for treats and to learn who the costume winners are from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both the Hillsboro and Forest Grove campuses.

The updated Mail Services procedures require all departments to pick up their mail from the mail room at the staff entrance. Packages will be delivered to departments unless prior arrangements are made for pickup. Designated mail delivery routes have been discontinued to improve efficiency due to an increase in package volume.
