Celebrating Jan Stricklin’s Retirement
Body
After more than 24 years of dedicated service to Pacific University, Jan Stricklin will retire at the end of February.
Throughout her distinguished career, Jan brought deep expertise in planned giving and played a pivotal role in securing transformational gifts that have shaped Pacific’s trajectory—from the Tran Library to Ledbetter Field to numerous scholarships and academic programs, and in helping successfully close the University’s last comprehensive campaign.
Jan is also known for fostering lifelong relationships between Pacific and its donors and for mentoring many gift officers across her career, including during her time as Acting Vice President for University Advancement. Her leadership, generosity, and institutional knowledge have left a lasting mark on the University.
We are deeply grateful for Jan’s many contributions and will miss her greatly. Plans are underway to celebrate her career and legacy, with more details to come.
Please join us in thanking Jan for her extraordinary service to Pacific University.
