Starting September 25, Canopy, our employee assistance program provider, is becoming Revive.
This is a name and look change only. Your services, support team, and how you get help will stay exactly the same. Nothing about your care is changing.
What's changing: The company name, colors, and logo, along with a new member portal website address: canopy.myrevive.health.
What's not changing: Everything else. Same phone number, same services, and the same free, confidential support available 24/7. You don't need to do anything.
