Facilities Forms and Webpage Updates

The Facilities Office has updated its Key Authorization and Motor Pool forms and added a new link to its website for equipment available to borrow from the Facilities Office.

Please visit the Facilities website to access the updated forms and equipment information. If you have previously saved copies of the Key Authorization or Motor Pool forms, please replace them with the updated versions.

Space Heater and Box Fan Inventory

The Facilities team is currently conducting an inventory of space heaters and box fans issued to staff. If you have received a space heater or box fan from Facilities, please email the following information to facilities@pacificu.edu:

• Your name
• Department
• Office or room number
• Item received (space heater or box fan)
