Facilities Work Order Hiatus - Summer 2026
From May 11 through August 10, 2026, Facilities Management will temporarily pause acceptance of new FMX work orders as we focus on summer projects, preventative maintenance, and campus improvements in preparation for the upcoming academic year.
During this time, the FMX system will not be available for routine service requests. We encourage departments to submit any non-urgent work orders in advance of this period or plan to submit them once the system reopens.
Emergency needs will continue to be addressed.
