Mail Services Reminder: Missing or Undelivered Packages

If you are expecting a package from Mail Services and have not received a notification, please contact us for assistance.

Occasionally, we receive packages that cannot be picked up or delivered due to incomplete or missing information, such as an incorrect or incomplete name, missing mailbox number, or unclear recipient details. In some cases, the sender may accidentally list their own name as the recipient. When this happens, we may need to hold the package until the correct recipient can be identified.

If you believe you are missing a package, please email mailservices@pacificu.edu with your tracking number and any relevant details so we can help locate it as quickly as possible.
