Meet Scott Holt, Pacific Dining’s New General Manager!

Scott is a foodie at heart, believing that some of the greatest joys in life come from adventuring–whether that be an outdoor exploration or a meal at a great restaurant. Coming from the high-performance environment of Microsoft, he’s more than ready to take on the ever-evolving role of General Manager. He brings a strong work ethic, leadership experience, and a collaborative spirit to his new role.

When not at work, Scott can be found spending time with his beloved family and loyal Heeler, Kawi. These personal passions inform his professional approach, fostering creativity, resilience, and a sense of community in everything he does. He is excited to contribute to the Pacific Dining mission, providing great food, great service, and a heartfelt connection to every guest who walks through the doors.
