This is a friendly reminder from Payroll to regularly review your pay stub to ensure that all information, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings, is accurate.

We encourage you to take a moment to confirm that your federal and state tax withholdings reflect your current personal and financial situation. If you have experienced any recent changes—such as a change in marital status, dependents, additional income, leave of absence or sabbatical—you may want to update your withholding elections.

How to Update Your Withholdings in Paycom Self-Service:

  1. Log in to Paycom using your employee credentials.
  2. From the main menu, navigate to Payroll.
  3. Select Tax Setup.
  4. Choose the applicable form (e.g., federal or state).
  5. Click Edit and update your withholding information as needed.
  6. Review your changes carefully, then click Submit.
  7. Follow any prompts to electronically sign and finalize your updates.
