It’s that time of year again! We're starting to plan the annual Boxer Winter Holiday Social, and we need your help to make this year's event the best one yet. This is a great opportunity to help organize a fun, multi-campus event for all our staff and faculty to connect and celebrate the season (and the end of the Fall Semester).
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join a short-term planning committee. Join Oregon Public Broadcasting, Pacific University and the Indigenous Student Alliance for an advance screening of the documentary, “Uncovering Boarding Schools,” on Tuesday, Oct. 28. The documentary joins a Klamath Tribe member’s journey as she uncovers her family’s experiences in Native American boarding schools.
What books get banned and why? Come find out at "Banned Book Bingo" on Thursday, October 30th. Hosted by the English Club and McCall Center for Civic Engagement, this interactive game comes with banned book prizes - hit BINGO and choose the book of your choice!
