Summer Student Employment

If you have students who will continue to work past the last day of spring semester (May 12), please fill out this Summer Student Employment Google Form. 

If your student(s) will not continue, their timecards will be turned off after the semester and all jobs will be cleared from their profile this summer. The Returning Student Hire Google Form will be deactivated on May 12, 2026.
 

If you have students working in the summer who have been in Paycom, please fill out the provided Summer Student Employment Google Form. A new Returning student hire form will be created closer to Fall and will be available on our Student Employment webpage as normal. 

The new minimum wage as of July 1, 2026 is $16.80.
