We’re excited to welcome Molly Cooper to Pacific Dining, where she will support daily operations and help foster a strong, connected dining community on campus.
Molly began her career at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she graduated with honors with a degree in Culinary Arts. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in catering, research and development, and restaurant management. Molly is passionate about fostering a friendly, vibrant community through her work.
