We are announcing a significant change regarding the compensation structure for individuals who currently serve the company in a dual capacity: as both employee and independent contractor for specific, additional projects.

Effective July 1, 2025, all work performed for Pacific University by an individual who is also a W-2 employee will be compensated solely through the payroll system as employee wages.

These trainings are mandatory for supervisors who handle employee onboarding and I-9 verifications in your department. You will only need to sign up for one training. If you have attended an I-9 training in person or via zoom, you do not need to sign up for the January training.

Then, plan to join us in the University Center for a day-after gathering on Tuesday, January 20th. Drop-in any time between 11:30am-2:00pm for food, drinks, recitation, reflection, and action!
