The Student Counseling Center (SCC) is available to support students in taking care of their mental health during these overwhelming and uncertain times. As part of mental health awareness week, Oct. 4-10, the SCC encourages students to get back to the basics by getting adequate sleep, moving your body, developing new friendships and sustaining old ones, and connecting with a meaningful community.
