Summary
The School of Pharmacy has developed and maintained reciprocal global experience/exchange programs with two Japanese Universities. This fall’s School of Pharmacy global exchange program with visiting Japanese pharmacy student, Renon, from Hoshi University in Tokyo, Japan, offered Pacific students a meaningful look into global pharmacy practice, pharmacy education, healthcare system, cultural differences, and the value of international collaboration.

On Monday, November 3, Pacific University School of Pharmacy hosted its third Career & Experiential Fair series since 2022, welcoming 26 organizations to Wingspan Event & Conference Center in Hillsboro for a full day of networking, professional development, and career exploration. Students from both PharmD pathways (3-year and 5-year) participated in the event.

In Pacific University Professor Stevie Woods' first solo gallery show "Natural Consequences" viewers are invited to explore the relation between animals and their dwindling natural environment from a new perspective. Through over 30 encaustic wax paintings, Woods illustrates the loss of animals across the globe due to climate change and exploitation while seeking to ask the questions that science hopes to answer.
