Application Process

Step 1: Create Account

  • Go to the Create Account Page   
  • You will use this account to submit your application and required documents. 

Step 2: Submit Application

  • Go to the ELI Application Page
  • You will answer questions about your basic information and study plans.
  • Use your account email and password to log in.

Step 3: Submit Required Supplemental Documents

  • Go to the Account Log In Page
  • You will need scans of your documents to upload to your application.
  • Required Supplemental Documents:
  1. Copy of High School Transcript AND High School Diploma/Certificate, OR copy of College Transcript
  2. Copy of Photo Page in your Passport
  3. Copy of Bank Statement (AND a signed Affidavit of Support IF the bank account is NOT in the student's name)
