New Format! 

Single Session Workshop!  In-person on Sept. 27 in Tran Library at 4 p.m.

The Mindful Coping Workshop aims to increase awareness of our mind and body, gain understanding of our experiences and help us move our lives in a more fulfilling direction. We will use experiential exercises, conceptual tools of mindfulness, and journaling throughout the session to help provide a variety of tools for you to cope with life stress. 

Zoom sessions also available later in the semester on Oct. 25 and Nov. 29 (both Zoom sessions run from 5 to 6:30 p.m). Use the same registration link for future sessions.
