The E-Verify website is currently offline and employers are unable to access or process E-Verify cases while the system is down. If you are responsible for completing I-9 verifications in your department, please keep record of the employees that you are needing to run the E-Verify for. Once the system is available, you will need to go back into the Pacific I-9 checklist to run the E-Verify for your employee. Employers must still complete Form I-9 no later than the third business day after an employee starts work for pay.

Restructuring across the institution is well underway. Academic Affairs created seven committees composed of administrators, faculty, and staff to lead some of this work.
