At Pacific, belonging is part of opportunity.
From our earliest days, we have been committed to expanding access to education and supporting students from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Today, that commitment continues in how we teach, support, and connect, ensuring every student can thrive, contribute, and lead lives of purpose. Our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility shapes this work across the university.
Belonging at Pacific is a shared responsibility. Across classrooms, programs, and community spaces, faculty and staff work together to create an environment where every member of Pacific feels valued, respected, and supported.
A Community Built on Opportunity
Pacific serves a diverse community of undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, including first-generation students, students of color, international students, LGBTQ+ students, transfer students, adult learners, and individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences. We are committed to expanding access, reducing barriers, and supporting all students in experiencing a sense of belonging and wellbeing.
These perspectives strengthen our community and enrich the learning environment for all, while our focus on access ensures students are supported in achieving academic success, career preparation, and lifelong impact.
