Dean & Professor

Jennifer Coyle is the Dean of the Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. Coyle, a graduate of Pacific University, completed a residency in contact lenses at the same institution and a Master's of Science in Clinical Optometry.  She team-taught the contact lens didactic, laboratory and clinical curriculum for 14 years at Pacific University.

Ann Matschiner is a former teacher, staff development specialist, and school administrator with particular expertise in instructional strategies and skills, authentic assessment, and curriculum.

Karren Timmermans has 10 years experience teaching in elementary schools and advanced degrees in reading instruction and early childhood literacy.

Dr. Zijdemans Boudreau's research areas include eLearning, virtual learning space design, knowledge management, knowledge media, learning communities, and culturally responsive practice.
