Artistic Practice and Creative Process
The Artistic Practice and Creative Process requirement provides students with the opportunity to study and practice creativity, imagination, and personal expression as ways to engage with the world and empower oneself.
Courses satisfying this requirement will develop students' understanding of creative expression through the practices of making art in a variety of modes.
Upon completion of this requirement students will be able to:
- generate and conceptualize artistic ideas and work.
- convey meaning through the presentation of their own artistic work.
- interpret intent and meaning in artistic work.
- synthesize and relate knowledge and personal experiences to make art.
