HR would like to remind employees that you can update your preferred name in Paycom through Employee Self-Service (ESS). Your preferred name will appear in your profile and be visible to supervisors and HR in day-to-day system use, while your legal name will continue to be used for payroll, tax, and compliance purposes. If your legal name changes, please provide HR with your updated Social Security card so we can update our records.

The store will be closed over summer break and will re-open again in time for Fall semester. We're partnering with Give & Go in May to host donation stations across campus, but we encourage all students to start sorting and donating dorm room items ASAP!
