"Be Sensitive, Be Brave for Mental Health" infuses culture and diversity throughout a foundational workshop on mental health. This free workshop prepares community members to help friends and loved ones during times of distress. Learn how to recognize mental health conditions, what to do when someone needs support, and tools for maintaining good mental health.
Ready to declare? Connect with a faculty advisor in your major and fill out the quick declaration form to make it official. If you've completed 45 or more credits, now is the time! Declare by March 20th to be ready for the April advising cycle.

Professor Tyler Brumfield presents "Make Many Things" His inspiring project will be on display at the Cawein Gallery from March 5th-April 3rd. The Cawein Gallery is open Monday thru Saturday 9 am-5 pm. The reception will be Saturday March 7th from 4:5:30 pm.
