In-Person MBA with Built-in Flexibility

Through our program designed for working professionals, you can earn your MBA in just 15 months at our Hillsboro, Oregon campus. Classes meet on an alternating-weekend schedule—Fridays from 3–8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. — alongside a close-knit, collaborative cohort.

The program follows a block schedule, allowing you to focus on one course at a time over four weeks. This structure helps you fully immerse yourself in each subject, build mastery, and then move confidently to the next course.

While the MBA is delivered in person in Hillsboro, students also have the option to join class sessions live via Zoom when needed. All classes are recorded and shared with the cohort for on-demand review, providing added flexibility for professionals balancing work, travel, or personal commitments.

International Seminar

Pacific MBA students can travel abroad for seven days during the optional international seminar to tour businesses and learn about local and international business practices. In addition to cultural activities — such as visiting local monuments and museums, dinners and city guided tours — students meet with five or six companies both in the general and healthcare professions. These informational interviews and tours offer students networking opportunities and to ask questions about business operations and regional business customs and regulations.
