Pacific University

Pacific is one of seven institutions nationwide participating in the College Autism Network's Autism-Inclusive Campus Designation Pilot Program, designed to make education more accessible to autistic and neurodiverse students.

The $12,000 grant reboots a study on Washington sea otter populations to aid in plans to reintroduce the species to the Oregon Coast.

Pacific University School of Pharmacy was proudly represented at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) Midyear Clinical Meeting, held December 6–10, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. This meeting is one of the largest and most influential professional gatherings for pharmacy students, residents, and practitioners nationwide.

If approved, this historic combination, provisionally the University of the Northwest, would work to create more pathways for students, more avenues for collaboration, and more opportunities for Oregon and the West in an institution that would combine the flexibility and nimbleness of a small school with the breadth and resources of a larger institution.

The newest member of Pacific University's Board of Trustees stands in the footsteps of her great-great-great-great grandmother, Pacific co-founder Tabitha Brown.
