Campus Group Visit

Group visits are offered on a first come first serve basis. While we try our best to host as many groups as possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests due to limited tour guide availability. Group visits typically last about two hours and include an Admissions presentation and a walking tour of campus.

Please review the following information before requesting a tour for your group:

  • Due to the number of requests and limited availability, we are only able ot host high school age students/groups.
  • Visit groups must be 45 students or less, not including chaperones
  • Group visits are by appointment only, and must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance
  • All visits include a scheduled 15 minute arrival window (ie: 10:00-10:15 AM) in order to account for the traffic of other delays, and to allow the students time to get settled. Early arrival is not necessary.
    • If groups arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of their arrival window, we cannot guarantee we will be ready due to scheduling.
    • If groups arrive 20 minutes or more after the end of the arrival window, we may no longer be able to accommodate their visit or may only be able to offer a shortened visit.
  • Chaperones are required to supervise their students and ensure that they remain respectful to the presenters and tour guides throughout the visit. Please note the group visit should be treated as an academic learning opportunity; chaperones must be present to supervise students throughout the visit.
  • Chaperones may also be asked to assist in passing out materials, splitting students into tour groups, or any other group task.
  • Tour guides have been instructed to conclude their tours and return the group back to chaperones if students are being disrespectful or acting out during the tour.

Due to limited availability, we ask that these guidelines are strictly adhered to. Failure to do so may result in the inability to continue hosting your group/organization in the future.
