APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Step One | Apply via the Common Application  
Pacific University Oregon uses the Common Application for first-year undergraduate admissions.

Looking to transfer to Pacific University Oregon? If you have already graduated from high school and have completed college course work, please apply for admission via Pacific's Transfer Application.

Are you an International Student? Apply for admission via International Student Application.

To use the Common Application Fee Waiver, please follow these instructions:

  1. Choose Pacific University Oregon as one of your "My Colleges" via the Common Application
  2. When answering Pacific's specific questions, select the fee waiver source offered to you.

 

Step Two | Submit the following documents:

Official Transcripts
Your official high school transcript must be sent directly from your high school to Pacific University Oregon's Admissions Office through your school's electronic document service, by email to admissions@pacificu.edu or by mail (see address below). Also send official college transcripts if any coursework was completed.

Academic Letter of Recommendation
Recommenders must be either a counselor, teacher/professor or advisor that is familiar with your academic record. Your recommender can send their letter, or a Secondary School Report, directly to Pacific University Oregon at
admissions@pacificu.edu or by mail (see address below).

Optional Standardized Test Scores
Pacific University Oregon is test optional through Fall 2021. Students can decide whether to submit their ACT and SAT test scores as part of their application and should indicate their preference on the test optional question on their Common Application.

To have your ACT or SAT test scores considered as part of your overall academic profile, have your scores sent directly to Pacific University Oregon from the testing agency. SAT code: 4601 and ACT code: 3488.
