The honor recognizes a Pacific College of Optometry alumnus or alumna who has made a significant impact on the profession.
The successful practitioner in the Seattle area has built a thriving optical and hearing center, and served his local community and optometric profession with distinction for more than 30 years.
Dr. Weberling received the honor at Pacific's spring commencement on May 21.
Dr. Bleything is a former College of Optometry dean and professor and also served as the university provost.
Named in honor of the late Dr. Massih, the award recognizes a Pacific graduate who has served the optometric profession with distinction.
Dori Carlson OD '89 has been named the third recipient of the Kamelia Massih Prize for a Distingu
Award honors an outstanding optometry alumnus or alumna for care in serving both patients and communities.
