Pacific remains No. 1 for research among private universities in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest, according to the National Science Foundation. The university also moved up to No. 8 in the Far West region, ranking among peers like Stanford and the University of Southern California.

Pacific University students, instructors, and practitioners in healthcare profession programs are invited to take part in Toward a Health Presence — a free eight-week online training designed to support stress reduction and resilience.
The grants require students to demonstrate exceptional need and can be used for any component of the student’s cost of attendance or emergency costs that arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic, including tuition, food, housing, healthcare or childcare.
