Dr. Bulson is a professor at the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon, where he serves as lead instructor for the Clinical Optometric Methods and Procedures course for first year optometry students. In this role, he also serves as clinical attending doctor in a variety of services, including primary eye care, ocular disease, vision therapy, and pediatrics.
Dr. Eakland is well known for his interest in cutting-edge technology. He was the associate dean for clinical programs at the College of Optometry from 1999-2013 and served as interim dean in 2006.
Dr. Fujimoto received both her Doctorate of Optometry and completed her residency in Cornea and Contact Lenses at Pacific University College of Optometry. She is an Assistant Professor of Optometry at the College of Optometry and is involved in clinical and didactic contact lens education and research.
Dr. Ho is an Assistant Professor at Pacific University College of Optometry and currently serves as the Director of Pacific University Low Vision Clinic.
Dr. Kenning, a Pacific University graduate, completed a residency at the Veterans Administration St. Louis Health Care System in primary care and geriatric disease. She later served as Director of their weekend referral clinic that was developed to increase access to care for veterans with eye health needs.
Dr. Lonsberry is a Professor for the College of Optometry and was named the Pacific Eye Clinic Portland Director in 2005. Prior to joining Pacific University he was an assistant professor at Southern College of Optometry, where he was the instructor for Anterior Segment Disease courses and named Teacher of the Year for 6 years in a row. During his time at SCO, he completed a Masters in Education degree with an emphasis in Post-Secondary Education. Dr. Lonsberry also practiced at a vitreoretinal surgery and low vision rehabilitation practice.
Dr. Lowery is chief of pediatrics for the Pacific University EyeClinics, and his research interests include pediatric procedures, pediatric visual impairments, children with special needs and humanitarian vision care.
Paula Luke is a Professor and the Associate Dean of Academic Programs at the College of Optometry at Pacific University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University College of Optometry, as well as her post-doctoral residency in Pediatrics, Vision Therapy and Visual Rehabilitation.
Caroline Ooley, OD, FAAO is an Associate Professor with the College of Optometry. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California at San Diego with a B.S. in Human Biology and double minors in Health Care/Social Issues and Spanish Literature. She then went on to complete a doctorate degree in optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry.
Lorne Yudcovitch is Pacific's ocular disease clinical attending doctor. His expertise is in advanced ocular imaging, diabetes and glaucoma management, eye disease pharmacological treatment, and pediatric examinations.
Dr. Sardinia is passionate about promoting community engagement in science through translational science, translating basic research into a format usable by individuals other than the basic researchers themselves. She regularly presents at events such as Science Pub, Science on Tap, Portland Humanists Society, and various healthcare organizations on topics including the human gut microbiome, epigenetics, stem cell research, and genetic testing.
